Boosting digital skills of Latvian teachers

Zemgale Region Human Resource and Competences Development Center organised its annual digital skills day for teachers from the Zemgale Region in Latvia. The event took place on 14 March 2022.

This day gave the participants the opportunity to learn from the experience of colleagues about the use of technology in teaching and acquire skills in working with various tools and programs. 

The teachers were able participate in 31 workshops about various themes. They learned how to print 3D models, build electric car models, get acquainted with those already developed by students, how to teach basics of programming in pre-school by using robots, and how to use simulations in science lessons.  

Almost 400 teachers participated on this day!
