How the European Science on Stage festival makes a difference

From 12 to 15 August 2024, more than 500 STEM teachers from across Europe gathered in Turku, Finland, to explore innovative teaching materials and concepts, exchange ideas, and gain fresh inspiration for their classrooms.

After four days filled with collaboration and creativity, we wanted to know: How did participants experience the European Science on Stage Festival? And even more importantly: What lasting impact did it have on their teaching practice?

To answer these questions, we conducted a comprehensive evaluation, including a long-term follow-up nine months after the festival. Here are the key insights from the results.
