Science in the heart of nature: Türkiye's national festival 2025

The National Science on Stage Festival Türkiye was held on October 4, 2025 on the campus of Beykoz Doğa Schools, Istanbul. 

In this event, Science on Stage Türkiye collaborated with International Network of Hands on Science, NASE International Astronomy Union, Global Save Our Species Network, and the Assocation Expedition to Education-EXPEDU. The event was held within the frame of the 6th National Festival on Science and Environmental Education and the 7th International Children Summit.

There were fifty workshops offered by teachers for teachers and students throughout the day. Besides the stands of several project groups participating to the festival across the country, Science on Stage Türkiye delegate teachers exhibited their projects together with their students at their stands as well.They were highly motivated and enthusiastic. Prof. Dr. Rosa Ros from Spain and Dr. Corina Toma from Romania delivered key note speeches and presented workshops at the festival.

Invited teachers and students from Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania and all over Türkiye exhibited their projects. They presented many workshops and science demonstrations, some of which were in the open, diving into the heart of nature around the Doğa Schools.
