Science on Stage Sweden hosts National Festival in Nynäshamn
On 8 April 2025, Science on Stage Sweden, together with the town of Nynäshamn, organised a Swedish Science on Stage festival in Nynäshamn. Nearly 80 teachers presented their projects, ranging from kindergarten to secondary school level. The exhibitors came from all across Sweden and even from France.
Geneviève Cueff and Valérie Cueic timed their Erasmus exchange to coincide with the festival week. Geneviève presented her project on the ocean, which she had previously showcased at the Science on Stage Festival in Turku in 2024.
The projects presented in Nynäshamn covered a wide variety of topics. Around 600 visitors found inspiration on how to explore AI, eutrophication, space, waste, butterflies, mathematics, slime, and much more in the classroom. Science on Stage Sweden would like to thank the town of Nynäshamn for the excellent cooperation.
