Science on Stage Latvia
Science on Stage Latvia was founded in 2016 and is hosted by Zemgale Region Human Resource and Competence Development Centre (http://www.zrkac.lv) in Jelgava, that is strongly involved in promoting science education and organising activities to raise students’ interest in science.
The main aims of Science on Stage Latvia are:
- to promote teachers' professional development through cooperation at local and international level
- to motivate and encourage teachers seek and introduce innovative and creative methods in teaching STEM subjects
- to encourage teachers to share experience and good practice examples with teachers from other countries
