Coding for our Future
The funding program ended in October 2025. For teacher training activities in 2026 aiming at promoting AI Literacy, teachers from France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK can apply for an AI Literacy Grant. More information and the application documents can be found on this page.
Science on Stage Germany offered grants of up to 175 € for activities such as seminars and workshops aiming at teachers' professional development in the field of coding.
The aim was to provide teacher training on topics such as AI, cloud computing, Internet of Things, automation, and simulation. The call was open to schools, parents’ initiatives, and individual STEM teachers from Science on Stage member countries.
Which costs could be covered?
The grants covered expenses such as travel costs for speakers and material costs for the event. Speaker/presenter fees could not be reimbursed.
What was the deadline for application?
Applications were possible for activities planned up until October 2025.
On our blog, you can read reports from many of the teacher training workshops that were supported with a grant.
