Science on Stage Lithuania
Science on Stage Lithuania is currently hosted by the National Agency for Education that is an educational assistance budgetary institution founded by the Ministry of Education, Sport and Science of the Republic of Lithuania.
The mission of the National Agency for Education is to take part in implementation of the State pre-school, pre-primary and general education policies, induce education institutions (except for higher education institutions) and other education providers to ensure quality of education by providing informational, counselling, qualification improvement and self-education environment building assistance, conducting education monitoring and education research, developing the education content, and coordinating its implementation.
The main aims of Science on Stage Lithuania are to develop STEAM education, implement STEAM strategy at school, encourage teachers seek and introduce innovative and creative methods in teaching STEAM subjects and to encourage teachers to share experience and good practice examples with teachers from Lithuania and from other countries as well.
